Returns Portal
Sweaty Betty worked with a third party provider to scale up their global returns proposition. I was responsible for skinning the digital experience, with a main focus on the actual returns portal. Limitations included sticking to their pre-existing functionality and journey, but we were able to apply our branding and design system to the majority of the journey and touchpoints. Other touchpoints included site media, the printed returns label, and email confirmation.
